THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM COUNC REPORT AUG - 6 1973 Mayor and Council August 6th, 1973 Industrial and Community Development Committee ( Land Sales ) TREE NE ee, Several weeks ago, Alderman Traboulay, Alderman Ranger and the City Engineer discussed a request of the Owner of Lots B and C, Plan 15925 for assistance in resolving the encroachment of the Owner's residence on the Common Lot Line of Lots B and C, Plan 15925. At that time it was felt that if one half of the unopened road allowance North of Lot B was closed and conveyed to the Owner of Lots B and C and a 2 lot subdivision, meeting the conditions of the Subdivision of Land By-Law followed, an improvement to this area would result. The Committee recommends that 33 feet of the unopened road allowance North of Lot B, Plan 15925 be closed and conveyed to the Owner of Lots B and C provided that: 1. Lot B, C and the closed portion of road are re~subdivided into two lots. 2. Legal and survey costs are the responsibility of the Owner of Lots B and C,. 3. The Owner reimburses the City the Assessors value of the closed portion of road allowance, that is $2500.00. Respectfully ubmitted, NT
