WHEREAS by By-law No. 1584 of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam cited as the "Block 5, Plan 2392 Road Closure By-law, 1978,

No. 1584", a certain portion of Road dedicated by Plan 2392 therein
described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of
British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorizeu to petition the
Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing of the Province of British
Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said.

portion of Road dedicated by Plan 2392 described in By-law No. 1584 and

the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam. Carried."
