BYLAW NO. 2261

A Bylaw to amend the "Por+ Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw; 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which 1g
more particularly described as:

Lots 220
Northwest Quarter Section 6.
Township 40.
Plan 56242
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=} (Large Lot Residential) to RT=-1 (Two Family
Residential!) and the Zoning Map of the "Part Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, |
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2261",
