Carried. Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on September 22nd, 1980 be taken as read and adopted. Carried. BY-LAWS: Moved by Alderman Wright; Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That By-law No. 1776 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried.
