A Bylaw to authorize the granting of a
lease to the PoCo BMX Association

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: . ,
The Municipal Counci! hereby leases unto the PoCo BMX Association the lands for

the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the
tollowing !ease hereunto attached and marked Appendix "I".

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Caquitiam are
hereby authorized to affix the Corporate Seal of the City to the lease referred

to in Section 2.
