4, The Railway is directed to prepare all
accounts using rates not in excess of those
stipulated in Schedule "A" entitled
Directives, attached to Order No. R-31514
dated October 20, 1980, or its
replacement, for all construction and
maintenance work carried out by the
Railway under this Order.

>. Fifty per cent of the cost of
maintenance and operation of the said
improved protective devices shall be paid ~
by the District of Coquitlam and fifty per
cent of the cost shall be paid by the
Railway.

4, La compagnie ferroviaire devra
préparer tous ses comptes en utilisant
des taux n'excedant pas ceux stipulés A
l'annexe "A" intitulée Directives, jointe
a Vordonnance n° R-31514 en date du
20 octobre 1980, ou sa version modi fiée,
pour tous les travaux de construction et
d'entretien qu'elle effectue en vertu de
la présente ordonnance.

5. Les frais d'entretien et de
fonctionnement desdits dispositifs de
Protection améliorés devront &tre payés
dans la proportion de cinquante pour
cent par le district de Coquitlam et de
Cinquante pour cent par la compagnie
ferroviaire.
