I would like to submit the following recommendation for consideration
at the October 7th, 1974 Council meeting:

"That the necessary funds to construct the one block section of sidewalk
on Kingsway between Wilson Avenue and Kelly Avenue, being on the East side
of the Recreation Complex, be allocated in the Public Works Budget for-1974;

also, the necessary funds to construct a sidewalk on Laurier Avenue from

Coast Meridian Road East to the new Recreation Complex."
