BY-LAW NO. 1410

A By-law to amend the meaty of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing
“Code Administration By-lav, 1974, No. 1298".

- The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam ,
"in open meeting assembled, enacts.as follows:

Ll. , Clause (a) of the "Schedule of Building Permit Fees" provided by
Appendix "an of the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code

: “Aéaind stration By-law, 1974, ‘No. 1298" is amended by striking out the

; “figures $150.00" ‘where: it -appéava between the words "of" and "for" in the
last line thereof and subetituting the figures: "$250.00".

— the By-law. is further anended by renumbering the present clause (b) as

pause (c) and inserting. ‘the following as a new clause (b):
at (b)\. - In addition to the fees provided in clause (a) hereof

(4) For residential alterations under $5,000.00 ~$ 2.00

3... The “Schedule of Plumbing Permit Fees" provided by Appendix "A" of
the By-Law is amended by repealing clause (a) thereof and substituting the
following:
