Re: . Remuneration of Election Personnel

With Polling Day coming up on November 18th, 1978, we have reviewed the amounts
paid in past years for election personnel and the same is set forth in tabular
form hereunder along with our suggestion for the 1978 rate.

The rates suggested for 1978 have been discussed with Mr. Pollock and he agrees
that they appear to be reasonable.

We would recommend that a resolution be passed approving our suggested rates
for payment in 1978.
