DISCUSSION: Development Permit 26/90 complements Rezoning Application 15/90 by restricting development of the subject property to the particular design submitted in support to the rezoning application. The proposed design generally complies with the design guidelines proposed for the “Downtown Development Permit Area VI". The Development Permit will include a landscaping bond or security to ensure that the landscaping works are executed in accordance with the approved plans.
