BY-LAW NO. 1451

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
peing Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
is azended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban
Residential) assigned to Lot 421, North-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40,

an 48883, Xew Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of

RS-1 (One-Family Residential) to the said property.

2, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Pore

Coquitlam Zoning ‘By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1451".

The Municipsl Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enucts as follews:

1. The Zoning Map cf The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

being Schedule "A" of the ‘City of Port Coquitjam Zoning By-law, 1969, No.

918" is amended by removing the Zone Designation cf CS-2 (Service Station
Commercial) assigned to Lot 205, District Lot 290, Group Cae, Plan 34372, Kew
Westminster District and assigning the cone Designation of RS-1 (OQue-Faniiy
Residential) to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited Zor all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, Xo. 14
