Development Permit Areas Designation": 2.10 Mary Hill Road. Development Permit Area "XxX" This area is designated as a Development Permit for the establishment of objectives and the provision of guidelines for the form and character of multi-family development. Boundaries: A line drawn on the southern boundary of Lot 5, Plan 1330 NWD from the center line of Mary Hill Road to a point 100.5 meters west of the eastern boundary of Lot 5, Plan 1330 NWD; thence a line drawn from a point 100.5 meters west of the east boundary of Lot 5, Plan 1330 NWD on the south boundary of Lot 5, Plan 1330 NWD to the south west corner of Lot 176, Pian 24865 NWD; thence a line drawn on the alignment of the west boundary of Lot 176, Plan 24865 NWD from the SW. corner of Lot 176, Plan 24865 NWD to the north boundary. of Lot 177, Plan 24865 NWD; thence, a line drawn on the north boundary of Lot 177, Plan 24865 NWD from the alignment of the west boundary of Lot 176, Plan 24865 NWD to the center line of Mary Hill Road;. thence a line drawn on the center line of Mary Hill Road from the projection of the north boundary of Lot 177, Plan 24865 NWD to the projection of the southern boundary of Lot 5, Plan 1330 NWD. ~ The boundaries noted above are shown on Map "Schedule C of the _ Official Community Plan" as Development Permit Area X and in the map “Development Permit Area X which forms part of the Official Community Plan.
