Bylaw considered at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening:

The. following Bylaws, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, are available for third Teading;

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2567
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2679
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2681
OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 2682

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2683

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of these
bylaws for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The
Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or
delay it until the next meeting so that any Yepresentations made at the
hearing can be fully considered.

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it ig not
possible for further representations from the public to be received. now that
the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
