A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Election Procedure

By-law, 1971, Yo. 1115".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. Subclause il of clause (b) of Section 3 of the “City of Port Coquitlam

Election Procedure By~law, 1971, No. 1115" is repealed and the following

substituted:
"41, chat portion of the east boulevard of Shaughnessy Street

lying south of the lane south of Fraser Avenue and being immediately adjacent

to Lot 91, District tot 464, Plan 52852, New Westminscer District (east side

of Shaughnessy Street, west of Centennial Pool)".

Section 9 of the By-law is repealed.

Section ll of the By-law is repealed and the following substituted:
"11. A ballot paper shall not be rejected for ‘the reason only that

it has been marked with a writing instrument other than that provided in the

Polling Booth."

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Citv of Port

Coquitlam Election Procedure By-law, 1971, No. 1115, Amendment By-law, 1979,

No. 1704",
