costs. Part of the difference is cost can be made up by the
savings on the purchase of the tractor and flail mower. The
remainder is probably the residual value of the old unit.

Item IV ~- High Pressure Sewer Flusher

Two tenders were received for this unit as indicated
on the attached recap sheet. We recommend purchase of the lowest
tender from National Machinery at $22,776.00. The amount allowed
in the sewer utility budget is $20,000.00.

It is our intention to mount this unit on the old flat-
deck truck which is being replaced and thus make use of its
residual value.
