Application to subdivide by strata title plan a proposed 26 unit apartment building at Wilson and Bury (see attached sketch for location). The subject development is proposed by Oceanshores Development Ltd.,~ and is to be located on three lots which are to be consolidated into one site. The properties are presently zoned RM-2. Early this year, the Planning & Zoning Committee approved a strata title application for a proposed apartment building on two of the lots. Since then, the properties have changed hands and therefore the proposed development has never materialized. It should be noted that the current proposal is more desirable as Lot 'p! is now included as a part of the development site. Under the Previous scheme, Lot 'D'’ was left in a locked-in situation. This strata title application was considered by the Planning & Zoning Committee in its June 12, 1974 meeting and the Committee recommends that it be approved subject to: Submission of suitable development and landscape plans.
