A By-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks

Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

1. 0. - Sehedule "BY of the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation

By-law, 1970, No. 991" as enacted by the "City of Port. Coquitlam Waterworks ‘

‘Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1616" is hereby
deleted and Schedule "B"" attached :to and forming part of this By-law is
‘substituted therefor.

2600: 2) This By-law shall take effect; come into force, and be binding on
all persons on and from the First day of January, 1977.

Be Tais By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991, Amendment By-law, 1976,

No. 1484",
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day

of November, 1976.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day

of November, 1976.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day

of November, 1976.

Received the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council this

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council

of The Corporation of tha City of Port Coquitlam this
