A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot "A" Except: Part Subdivided by LMP6010 Section 6 Township 40 Group One Plan 5345 New Westminster District having an area of 1.3 ha. (3.2 acres) shown on a plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-3 (Estate Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is more particularly described as: Those portions of: Lot 8 Except: Firstly, Part subdivided by Plan 32417; secondly, Part subdivided by Plan LMP6010 Section 6 Township 40 Plan 4318 New Westminster District having an area of .63 ha.(1.5 acres) shown included within Lot "1" and that portion having an area of 1.4 ha. (3.4 acres) shown included within Lot "2", and on a plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That portion of: Lot 8 Except: Firstly, Part subdivided by Plan 32417; secondly, Part subdivided by Plan LMP6010 Section 6 Township 40 Plan 4318 New Westminster District having an area of 4.3 ha. (10.6 acres) shown included within Lor "3" on a plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
