The City Council on January 22nd, 1973, adopted

a resolution to petition the Attorney General's Department
to amend the law dealing with juveniles, in such a manner

SO aS to permit bicycle violation enforcement without the

Juvenile incurring a criminal record, as at the present

time juveniles can only be dealt with under the Juvenile
Deliquent Act.

Council has requested that your Municipality
Support them in this action.
