Copies of the Bylaws have been distributed to Council members
and the large maps that accompany the Zoning Bylaw have been
reviewed by them. Copies of the bylaws will be available for
review in the Planning, Engineering and Clerk's Departments in
the City Hall, and at the Terry Fox Library, Additionally,
copies of al! four bylaws (301 pages) may be purchased for
$20.00 per set and the Zoning Maps are available tor $2.50 per
sheet or $75.00 for the 33 sheet set.

Following the holding of the Public Hearing on March 2nd all
the Bylaws will be ready for third reading and after this is
given the Zoning Bylaw must be approved by the Ministry of
Highways and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs. The staff wil!
be doing some advance work with these Ministries to insure that
The Bylaw can be approved as expeditious!y as possible since no
further amendments to either the oid Zoning Bylaw or new Zoning
Bylaw can take place after the new Zoning Bylaw has been given
Third reading. All Zoning Amendment Bylaws that receive final
reading before third reading of the new Zoning Bylaw will be
