A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Counci| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 72
Bitock E
District Lat 342

Group One
Plan 18044
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential!) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,

1979, No. 1651" {s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2249".

Read a first time by The Municipal Council! this ond day of March, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counc!! this 2nd day of March, 1987.

Public Hearing heid this 30th day of March, 1987.
