Dear Sir:

This Departnent has been approached by ir. Victor Parker
General vianaser, 1.C, Repion, BACH Limited, requesting that
certain Crown lands within your wunicipality, as shown outlined
‘in red on the attached sketch be reserved in favour of BACH
for urban development. re J

BACH Linited intends to develop housing on their own
holding (iwaried on sketch) in this area and would propose to
develop the Crown lands in a similar manner over a 15 year
period. The first stage of developmeat on the Crown lands
would cover the arca which has-been outlined in green on the
sketch. Apparently BACH have reached an engineering design
point in planning use of their own land where certain decisions
Should be made in connection with the extension of service
and utility facilities if the adjoining Crovn lands are to be

developed for urban use,

Although iauch of this area is already under reserve before
@ decision is reached with respect to this request from BACH
the Department would like to receive the comients of your |
municipality on this proposal. - oo
