Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Mabbett questioned

the need for Purchasing | the © larger Pontiac Lemans sedan for the Fire Chiev when

a smaller compact-type of car would probably serve the purpose as well, and

Alderman Traboulay stated he felt Alderman Mabbett had a very valid point; however,

the Fire Chief advised that the smaller compact. cars are not proving to. be too

satisfactory,
