2. That the Mayor and City Cierk be authorized to sign
the said Petition on behalf of the Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam to affix the Corporate Seal
thereto;

3. That the City Clerk be Instructed to give a Public
Notice of the proposed extension by advertisement in the
British Columbia Gazette and in not less than two
consecutive issues of the Tri-City New and the Coquitlam
Now newspapers. :
