That the City Council make strong exception to the Provincial Government
further eroding the economy of local governments and setting priorities for
its citizens.

That Council take the strongest action possible dissuading the Provincial
Government in interfering in local taxation of industrial property and in turn
distributing taxes collected locally that we go on record as supporting the
action taken by the UBCM and that the local MLA be advised of this Councils
decision.
