2. There shall be raised and levied during the currency of the
obligation hereby created by a rate suffielent therefore over and above
ail other rates upon alt land and improvements subject to taxation for
general muntcipal purposes in the municipality for the repayment of the
principal in the respective years the amount as follows, together with

the payment of interest thereon:

3. The Mayor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to do ail necessary
acts and things to carry out the intent of this By-law.

Capital Loan by-law, 1978, No. 1€07" 1s repealed,
6. This By-law may be cited as the 'Senior Citizens Reereation
Centre Addition Short Term Capital Loan By-layv, 1979, Mo. 1673 ".
