The Planning Officer advised that principally the plan has been
changed from 8 - 2 - bedroom apartments to 5 - 1-bedroom and 5 - 2-
bedroom apartments. Alderman Traboulay inquired whether these would be
rental units or subdivided for strata title and the Planning Officer

advised he would obtain this information for him from the developer.
