September 13, 1993/275 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, September 13th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors, M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Planner C.R. Felip, Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow, Fire Chief J.L. Baillie, Deputy Fire Chief G. Routley, and Recreation Manager/Deputy Director of Parks & Recreation L. Wheeler. SPECIAL PRESENTATION: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay presented Mr. Bob Adams, Storeskeeper, a book, and a Port Coquitlam pin in recognition of 25 years of service to the City. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay presented Tributes to the Port Coquitlam Synchronized Swimmers and Figure Skaters. Ms. Lynn Ebume, President of the PoCo Marlins Swim Club, and members presented to His Worship, Mayor L.M. Traboulay and the City, a plaque commemorating the City’s support to the PoCo Marlins. Mr. Steve Witiuk, Chair, Terry Fox Foundation, presented a Terry Fox Run Flag to the City.
