RECOMMENDATION: —

That the period October 11, 1986 to November 16, 1986 be designated Fall
Burning Month.

With reference to the above noted subject, please place same on the Council
Agenda for Monday, September 15, 1986. Upon such a designation, garden and
household refuse may, in residential zones, be burned outdoors on private
property in daylight hours only.
