Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the construction of a six suite apartment building on the property.

Further Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Uftice of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 am. to
4:50 pam., on regular business days, from tre date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing. .

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing al! persons who believe their interest in property is aftected by the
Proposed bylaw will be atforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
