The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2880". |

These certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 10 Parcel "A" (J112727E)

Block 4 Lot ll

District Lot 379 Block 4
Group One District Lot 379

Plan 1213 Group One

New Westminster District Plan 1213
New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
