That the request from Grace Gospel Tabernacle, July 22nd, 1981 for
use of a City park for concerts and gatherings be approved for one week
commencing July 28th, 1981.

Lost for want of a seconder.

Alderman Wright stated he was in favour of permitting the use of
Lions Park for one time only on Friday, July 31st, 1981.

That the Grace Gospel Tabernacle be permitted to use Lions Park on
Friday, July 31st, 1981 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Alderman Traboulay voted against. the resolution.
It was generally agreed by Council that further requests for use

of. a City Park for concerts and gatherings should be referred to the

: a Parks and Recreation Committee for study and report to Council.
