Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Muldoon: That the Grace Gospel Tabernacle be permitted to use Lions Park on Friday, July 31st, 1981 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Alderman Traboulay voted against. the resolution.
