A Bylaw to amend the"Port Cogul lame
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 '

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: JAN 18

1. That certain parce] of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

which is more particularly described as:

Lots 39 to 43, inclusive,
District Lot 232
Group One

Plan 75196
New Westminster District

igs hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse
Apartment).

2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

which is more particularly described as:

Lot 44,

District Lot 232

Group One

Plan 75196

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM-3 (ownhouse

Apartment).

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2329"

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of December, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of December, 1987.

Public Hearing held on this 11th day of January, 1988.
