That certain parce] of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lots 39 to 43, inclusive, District Lot 232 Group One Plan 75196 New Westminster District igs hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment). 2.
