The cost for a full depth mill and overlay for this section is as follows:

Mill and Overlay
Full Depth Mill, 1800 m2 @ $5/m2 = 9,000
Asphalt, 300 MT @ $50/tonne = 15,000

Contingencies (15%) =_ 3,000

Total ($) = 27,000

Both these road sections could be considered for the annual road resurfacing program. It
should be noted that these road sections would have a lower priority than roads in worse
condition (condition 5) and with higher traffic volumes.
