We have now received advice from the Department of Municipal Affairs.
that Zoning Amendment By~law No. 1344 and Land Use Contract Authorization By-law
“No. 1347 have been approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and the
. By-laws are consequently available for final reading.

We would suggest that consideration be given to the following two
“resolutions:
