A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coqui
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", MAY 26 1986

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
: more particularly described as:

Lot 47

Oistrict Lot 465

Group One

f Plan 26362

New Westminster District

is hereby razoned from RS-1 (Singie Famity Residential) to P-2 (Special
Institutiona!) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Eyiaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2161".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 27th day of January, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of January, 1986.

Puslic Hearing held this 17th day of February, 1986.
