The three bids received for this project are as follows:

Jack Cewe Ltd, $786,918.83
Aggressive Roadbuilders Ltd. $753,340.00
Imperial Paving Ltd. | $739,635.00

The low bidder Imperial Paving Ltd. have provided the following:
Bid Bond in the arnount of 10% of Tender.

Undertaking of liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00, subsequently upgraded to.
$5 000,000.00. }

Consent of Surety for a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Bond, each for 50%
of Tender Price.

In summary I would recommend acceptance of Imperial Paving Ltd. bid in the amount of
$739,635.00. Imperial Paving Ltd. have also provided Force Account Rates with their tender. I
