3 Wednesday Evening - a meeting of the B.C. Division of C.P.A. Cc. Thursday will be devoted to identifying and discussing critical questions as they relate to regional planning for regional districts, and q "probl em sharing clinic' in which the participants share ideas with each other. The late afternoon and evening will be devoted to formal and informal sessions with the Hon. Dan Campbell, Minister of Municipal Affairs. Friday will be a continuation of the ' problem sharing clinic', discussion of regional planning elsewhere in Canada, anda closing luncheon. Course co-ordinator: Mr. Norman Pearson, Planning Consultant. WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE: Anyone involved, or who should be involved, in regional planning, or who is interested in the problems and solutions in such areas ~- Mayors, Aldermen, Regional District Board Directors, Regional District Administrators, Regional and Municipal Advisory Planning Commission members, Technical Planning Committee members, and citizens, Please note: the course will not focus on urban problems, and is not recommended for those interested primarily in solving urban planning problems. FEES, ACCOMMODATION: The course fee is $60:00, which includes all materials for use in the course. The course will be held in the new Walter Gage Residences, on the University Campus. ' Two floors of accommodation have been reserved to keep participants together, and rooms are grouped around small lounges appropriate for small group discussions. Accommodation is $12:00 per day, including meals. RESOURCE MATERIAL: Special resource materials are being collected for display and use by participants at the course. Regional planning reports and plans are being requested from rural and resource regional districts throughout the province, and from the Provincial Government. A selection of maps, including ARDA maps, will be m display. Sclected films will be shown during the course.
