The Family Division Committee, together with the District of Coquitlam Mayor and Council, are holding an Official Opening on Thursday, March 23rd, 1972 at 10.30 a.m. and would be pleased if you would be able to attend. The Home is located at 169 King Edward : Avenue, directly across from the Municipal Hall. “ The Home will be officially named the "John Kincaid Receiving Home" after the late Director of Social Welfare for the District of Coquitlam who died in office in July of 1970 after serving the District for fifteen years. .
