That City Council adopt a resolution to permit the variance of
Section 26 (6), RS-2 sideyards to permit the applicant to reduce the
sideyards to ten (10) percent of the lot width on each side for Lots 17,
18, and 19 of District Lot 255, Plan 2106, New Westminster District.

Carried.
Alderman Laking voted
against the resolution.

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning properties shown on the map and list attached to the Director of
Community Planning's June 24th, 1986 memorendum, including Lot 12 being
property addressed as 1851 Morgan Avenue, from RS~2 to RS-1.
