Re: Noise Control By-law

We have perused this by-law and in our opinion, under
the present legislation contained in the Municipal Act, we would
not advise the Municipality to embark upon this type of Noise
Centrol by~law.

In our opinion, the by-iav should be drawn within the
terms of the Municipal Act, and there should not ps a separate
set of standardés set up py the Municipal Council.

We should be pleased to discuss this matter further
