DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS Land Use Contract No. 1 contemplatee the construction of
15-suite apartment building on Shaughnessy Street at Kelly Avenue;
AND WHEREAS the required Public Hearing was held on the "Land Use

“Gontract No. 1 Authorization By-law, 1971, No. 1100" on July Sth, 1971;

— AND WHEREAS. the said By-law was reconsidered, finally passed and
adopted by the Council on August Sth, 1972;

Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the authority given to the Mayor

and City Clerk by the “Land Uae Contract No. 1 Authorization By-law, 1972,
No. 1100" to sign and af fix the Corporate Seal to Lend Use Contract No. 1

be ratified and confirmed.
