' i ; } : 2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to purchase of and from the said Milleroft Estates Ltd. ALL AND SINCULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and prenises which may be more particularly described as follows: : All those portions of Lot 49, Districr Lat 466, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 41322; Block 4, District Lot 80, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 17155, except parts subdivided by plans 20671 and 203844; and Lot 87, District Lot 480, Group 1, ~ ‘ New Westminster District, Plan 43156; shown outlined red on plan prepared by Donald T. Simmons, B.C.L.S. and dated July 31, 1973 at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding Section hereof. 3. Those portions of the said roads and lene outlined in green on the said plan of Donaldd T. Simmons, B.C.L.S., is hereby closed and stopped-up to traffic of all kinds. 4. The said lands to be purchased from the said Millcroft Estates Ltd. when so conveyed to the said City shall be established as additions to the roads and lane shown dedicated on Plans 2294, 16634, and 20671, District Lots 466 and 480, Group 1, New Westminster District. , 5. The Mayor and City Clerk of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposed aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. 6. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Plan 2294, 16634, and 2061, Highway Exchange By-Law, 1973, No. 1263",
