Re: Municipal Officers' Association Conference

We have received notification of the annual Municipal Officers’
‘Association Conference which will be held May 30th to June 2nd, 1978
in Quesnel. This Conference is generally attended by the City Clerk, the
Treasurer and myself.

Although it may not be possible for all three of us to attend this year,
I would like to have authority for three in the event that we are able to
get away. The Registration Fee is $40. per delegate and the normal per diem
expenses would apply.
