Prior to consideration of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Ranger
suggested that the figures on debt retirement and interest be made
available to the Council in order to ensure the increase in sewer rates
is justified at this time, particularly with regard to developer-installed
mains, and he proposed the following motion:

of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964", be tabled for one week
