CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

Moved by Alderman Thompson:

Seconded by Alderman Mabbett:

That the minutes of the regular meetings of this Council held on
May 29th, 1978 and June 5th, 1978, be taken as read and adopted.
Carried.
Alderman Traboulay commented on the permits to burn granted

on June 5th, 1978 and stated that in his opinion it was improper

for the Council to have granted those permits in the absence of three

of its members.

BY-LAWS:

Alderman Ranger introduced a By-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".
