THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM MEMORANDUM Mayor and Aldermen ‘January llth, 1980 R.A. Freeman City Clerk Re: Industrial Subdivision - Huntington Rubber Property. An Industrial M-1 Subdivision of the old Huntington Rubber property is now in process. Since ““‘e property is properly zoned for the intended purpose th2 subdivision can proceed without Council's approval. However, a road exchange is required to slightly alter the location of an existing dedicated road running south from Davies Avenue and Council's approval will be required to this particular facet of the subdivision. Prior to preparation of the required surveyor's plans for the Road ‘ixchange By-law we have been asked to obtain Council's preliminary approval to the road exchange and a sketch is set out on the reverse side showing the details of the exchange and the subdivision. If che Council wish this road exchange proposal to proceed to the point where formal consideration might be given to it we would suggest that consideration be given to passage of the following resolution: . "That with reference to the proposed industrial Subdivision of the old Huntington Rubber site the City Clerk be instructed to prepare, at the expense of the Developer, the necessary Road Exchange By-law for consideration by the Council."
