DRAFT RESOLUTION

That Lot 2, Block 2, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 13232,
N.W.D. -be purchased by the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam from the registered owner thereof at or for the price
or sum of $86,500.00;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk or City Treasurer
be authorized to execute the necessary plans or other documents
necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate
Seal thereto.

Note

Passage of this resolution will
confirm Council’s decision in
Committee last week to purchase
1915 Pitt River Road.
