Mr. Slater of Larkin concurred with Mr. Wonham’s Suggestions but added that he wanted
no left turn from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. from Westwood onto Lougheed Highway. Place a stop
Sign at Westwood & Kitchener, and remove the Stop sign at Woodland and Kitchener for
the mall entrance,

Mr. Babich of Davies Suggested no tums from Lougheed Highway to Davies at peak
hours, and a barrier across Davies just east of Raleigh, Mr. Loewen and Ms Briggs

concurs with Mr. Babich’s suggestions,

Mr. Picton of Hastings Street handed in a petition signed by 14 residents asking for the
removal of the stop sign at Kitchener and Hastings, 80ing north and south,

Mr. Clough of Patricia Street Tequested barriers to be installed at Patricia and Hastings
Streets, that would effectively divide the neighbourhood cast and west,

These barricades would be similar to the barricades in the Westend of Vancouver, which
ae planted and low enough for emergency vehicles to be able to pass without difficulty,
There would probably have to have a turn-around built. Mr, Clough felt that this would
eradicate the need for the barricade at Kitchener,

He also suggested that Woodland be a one-way south from Patricia to the new Kitchener.
The Larkin people said an emphatic "NO",

Comunittee will consider the Suggestions and Pass on any recommendations to Council, ensuring
that all the key spokespeople from the delegations are kept fully informed of any decisions,
