" BACE: | There is a need for public parking on the west side of Mary Hill Road adjacent to Colony Farm for visitors to the Colony Farm area. ‘The Public Works Committee considered a public parking area on the west side of Mary Hill Road approximately 500 metres north of Eastern Drive. However, it was determined that the side slope was too steep for widening of the shoulder at this location. It is therefore proposed to construct a six stall parallel parking area approximately 300 metres north of Eastern Drive directly north of the existing dyke access road, at an estimated cost of $8,000 as described in the attached June 10, 1994 memorandum from the Project Technician.
